Other than driving across a large college campus trying not to kill children, I agree that D.C. has some of the worst driving conditions. The only road I like is sneaking in on Canal Road next to the Potomac. Also, cool truck!

I avoid the parkway/similar roads here, where else do cops actually hide in bushes?

Rural Pennsylvania. But, yeah - I've don't usually speed in D.C. The law seems too murky there, as if scared politicians can do whatever they want to put you behind a wall or in a box. I don't even know if it's part of our business country.
